Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for:

* A free replacement, or
* A full refund

📩 Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

* Your order number
* Clear photos of the issue


Non-Defective Returns

Because all items are made-to-order, returns for non-defective items are not guaranteed.

However, we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery and may approve returns or offer alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis.

If a return is approved:

* Items must be unused and in original condition
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
* A restocking fee may apply

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

* Defective or damaged items
* Approved return cases (when applicable)


Refunds

Once your return or refund is approved:

* Refunds are issued to your original payment method
* Please allow **48–72 hours** for the refund to reflect after processing

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly:

* After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed

* Marked delivered but not received
